ATLAS Demo Day 2021

On the 24th of November 2021 ATLAS organised its first Demo Day. The goal of demonstration days is to bring together speakers from the agricultural sector to explore the benefits of data-driven agriculture using the ATLAS Interoperability Network within a multitude of pilot studies. The event organised by AZO – Space of Innovation under the title: “Business Opportunities for Innovative Digital Data-Driven Agriculture”, was held online and had a huge impact as it managed to attract 266 participants! Romanian partner demo-days

On October 7th and 8th, the Research Station for Viticulture and Oenology Murfatlar (SCVM) organised demo-days to promote the ATLAS project. Farmers from Dobrogea (south east of Romania), students, national and regional authorities participated. Over the demo-days field visits and demonstrations of the weather stations and sensors took place, as well as of details the ATLAS project and the role of the local pilot and hub of innovation were presented.

Digital Around the World Conference

Stefan Rilling, the ATLAS project coordinator participated in “Digital Around the World Conference”, an international 24 non-stop conference of top-level international experts on technological innovation and digital transformation. Specifically, he was one of the panelists of the session “Future Of Agrifood Industry” and his presentation focused on how digital technology can help increase sustainability and interoperability.
